Processing times for the Abigail Cecile hand painted collection are dependent on current availability of a specific design. Due to production issues related to Covid - 19, processing may take up to six months. Please reach out and inquire availability if your order is time sensitive.
We ship USPS First Class Package and USPS Priority Mail. We offer Free Shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more. All other rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and location. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We accept cancellations of non customized items prior to your order being processed. Please notify us as quickly as possible.
We do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will always replace faulty or damaged items. Please send a description and photo of the item if relevant.
We will replace any orders lost in transit.
