Meet Our Team

Meet my community, the women who have been a part of the Abigail Cecile story - and my life story - from day one.

My mom who encouraged my impractical artist dreams and hand dyes our beautiful cotton velveteen. My grandma who inspired my original design aesthetic and at 90 has packaged many kits. My aunt who gets excited every time I show her a new project and who’s house portrait became part of my first needlepoint collection. My three sisters who have always been a part - Painting, wrapping, packaging, and encouraging whenever I needed extra help.

Abigail Cecile would not exist without them. I wouldn’t be the same woman without their love.

Mom to six, grandma to nine, she’s always been an obsessive collector of fiber supplies.

Our Shipping Department

We lovingly refer to her as “Giselle” from the movie Enchanted. Once she has an idea, it’s out of her head and beautifully made in the blink of an eye.

Lifelong needlepointer, she can’t go to her daughters volleyball games without a project (it keeps her calm and she might get kicked out otherwise).

Team Support & Writer

The two that jump in and cheer us on. At 90, Pat still dresses herself and her home with impeccable style. We can’t decorate anything without her opinion first. Anna is our writer. She’s as comfortable around words as she is a needle and thread.

We have always leaned on each other - and family, community and sisterhood are what have gotten us here. We are moms, wives, and daughters whose lives are creative, full, and beautiful – and we hope Abigail Cecile reflects our desire to share that joy with you.
