Shipping Policy

Processing times

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. 

For customized items allow 5 - 8 business days for processing. 

Processing times for the Abigail Cecile hand painted collection are dependent on current availability of a specific design. Due to production issues related to Covid - 19, processing may take up to six months.  Please reach out and inquire availability if your order is time sensitive.  

Domestic Shipping

We ship USPS First Class Package and USPS Priority Mail. We offer Free Shipping on U.S. orders of $125 or more. All other rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and location. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We ship USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and location. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Returns and Cancellations 

We accept cancellations of non customized items prior to your order being processed. Please notify us as quickly as possible.

We do not accept returns. 

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible at hello@abigailcecile.com. We will always replace faulty or damaged items. Please send a description and photo of the item if relevant. 

Additional shipping charges may apply if an insufficient or inaccurate address is provided at checkout and the order is returned to sender. 

We will replace any orders lost in transit with the exception of an insufficient or inaccurate address provided at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check the location and status of your order.
